Our story

From a market tent to Main Street.

It started on a Sunday morning in the spring of 2010, over a stack of pancakes made from a bag.

The idea was simple enough: what if there were a place that served nothing but pancakes, made from scratch, with enough toppings that you could build whatever you were in the mood for?

In June 2010, Stacked sold its first pancake at the local farmers market. We spent six summers there. Every week we met great people, and every week we got the same two questions: where are you located, and when are you opening a real place?

On February 18, 2017, we answered both. Stacked opened its doors at 31 North Main Street in Logan, and we've been there ever since, six days a week, morning and night.

Not just a pancake

We make our batter from scratch in small batches all day, so it's never sitting around. No water, no shortcuts. Our brioche is our own recipe, baked locally. Our buttermilk syrup, butterscotch spread, raspberry jam and burger sauce are all made here.

The rest is up to you. Pick your stack. Pick your batter: buttermilk, wheat, gluten friendly or dairy free. Then pile on whatever you want.
