Work Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $8.00 – $11.00

Minimum Hours Per Week: 16

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

As a Store Associate, some of your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Impeccable Customer Service: Tending to our Customers includes
    • Providing a smile and sincere greeting
    • Delivering food to tables
    • Clearing their tables
    • Asking Customers about their meal and thanking them for their visit
  • Receiving and entering Customer orders
  • Processing payments using a Point of Sale system at the counter
  • Organizing tickets and handing out food and drink orders. 
  • Contributing to the team through good communication among other associates.
  • Attending our monthly team meeting
  • Creating a welcoming environment by 
    • Cleaning their workstation, the store, and the surrounding area
    • Daily cleaning duties before and after each shift 
    • Completing assigned cleaning responsibilities during business hours

Qualifications include: 

  • Prior work experience in the customer service industry. Having Prior experience is an advantage, however not required
  • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude 
  • Willingness to work as a team
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication skills

Shift Leads are an essential part of Stacked! Quality Pancakes. They are the face of the restaurant during their shift and are responsible for ensuring every guest walks away having had a positive experience worth sharing with the people around them.

In addition to leading a team, Shift Leaders will assist in serving customers the highest quality foods and providing them with a friendly experience through a clean and welcoming environment. At Stacked! Quality Pancakes, the work environment is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented.

Store General Manager

General Manager

Work Type: Full-Time

Starting Yearly Salary: $33,017.05

Minimum Hours Per Week: 32

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

The responsibility of the store manager is to maintain the overall well-being of the restaurant. As the leader, they are responsible for the management of all Stacked! Quality Pancakes employees. 

This position includes guaranteeing that all guests receive signature Stacked service; a pleasant greeting, accurate order taking, prompt order delivery, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. 

While overseeing the day-to-day operations, General Manager will coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve restaurant objectives in sales, costs, employee relations, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant.

General Manager should ensure the restaurant as a whole is ready to serve the next guest by keeping it clean, stocked, and organized. They should oversee and maintain an environment of positive customer service amongst the team members and guests.

    • Completing and Assigning Cleaning Responsibilities during Business Hours
